2. Purpose

3LIT3 is a SaaS platform that lets creators launch subscription apps under their own brand, bringing together programs, community, habits and payments.

3. Terms of use

The user agrees to make lawful use of the platform, respecting applicable law, the rights of third parties, and these terms. Any use that could damage, disable or overload the services is prohibited.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The content, trademarks, logos, designs, software and graphic elements of 3LIT3 and of the IANOVA brand are owned by IANOVA or its licensors, and are protected under intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

5. Liability

IANOVA is not responsible for content published by creators on their apps, which is the sole responsibility of each creator. IANOVA acts as an information society service provider under the terms set out in the LSSI-CE.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from use of the platform, the parties submit to the Courts of Valencia (Spain), without prejudice to the jurisdiction that may correspond to a consumer user.
